How to place an order Order Procedure

When contacting us by letter, fax or e-mail, please include following items:
1. Your name & address.
2. Telephone number and/or FAX number.
3. A list of the item numbers you would like to order.
4. Your preferred method of payment.

 

  Our Feeding back :
1. Once receipt of your order, we will fax/or e-mail you back our Proforma Invoice.
2. The despatch of goods will be arranged around 1-2 weeks of time on receipt of payment.

 
Payment Methods :
  • The payment options we accept are only TT (transfer transmit, telegram transfer) and bankdraft. It is recommanded for direct transaction of different currencies, such as USD, Euro, pounds etc.. And our multi-currency accouont's information is provided as follow:
  • The payment method of credit card (Visa , Master) can be used for order's transaction of cost of not more than USD$ 1500 ( including postage and 4.5% bank charge collected by the bank). The payment can be captured easily and successfully on the next day and it is also another good option for doing efficient payment through Internet. Card's information is not necessary to provide to us, but input by the clients when the transaction link is sent out for higher security.

The above two ways are accepted for our customers' use of settlement of orders' payment.

  Delivery method :
  • When the order is prepared and ready to send to HongKong from our factory in China for further delivery toforeign countries, different delivery methods can be selected by the customers for their smooth and safe goods transportaton.


    • Five common ways are listed as follow:
  • 1) The fastest method of using UPS, which cost is the highest among the rest of the options.
  • 2) Fedex, the most popular way chose by the customers for their order's delivery.
  • 3) EMS ( Speedpost) which is a method that most of the Japanese customers prefer.
  • 4) Registered mail for delivery of small parcel.
  • 5) HongKong forwarder.

Warranty Policy :

When customers discover products’ unsatisfactory after purchasing from our directly, we are very willing to do replacement of the products if they remain unopened and having defectiveness, wrong dimension of the products’ design, damage of the appearance of the products. Complete packages with our GPM brand header cards of products’ labels on are welcomed to be sent back by the users for our technical checking and replacing with the correct products. The problems exist after using our products are also encouraged to be explained by the users for our posting of the replacement report. Sending photos of the defective parts are recommended for our clear investigation of the corresponding products. The replacement of the products is usually take around one to two weeks for transferring the replacement from our factory to HK and then to the customers, there is also special cases if the replacement requires production, and the time for sending the replacement back to the customers is longer. We must try our best to follow any technical problem and we keep upgrading our products for higher quality achieved.
